Healthy Carpets Service Agreement
Appointment
Upon making your appointment you will receive a text message with appointment date and time information, along with reminder text messages as your appointment get closer. Our minimum cost for any service is $200 ($300 if your located outside our service area) We charge $80 if your appointment date and or time is adjusted within 72 hours of your original appointment date and time. It is very important that you reserve us a parking spot closest to your front door for our vehicle as this will make things easier and maximize suction. Please note, remove any vehicles from the garage (if you need to leave as we are cleaning) before we arrive. Please notify us if your entry door is more than 20' away from our reserved parking spot.
Carpet Cleaning
-Carpet cleaning requires a small solution (blue) hose and a bigger vacuum suction hose, that travels from our van to your carpets. Please be mindful that the small blue solution hose has 250 Degree water running through it during the cleaning and can burn anyone who moves it.
-Additional charge may be applied for abundant dry soil (if your carpets haven't been vacuumed within a week)
-Healthy Carpets does not guarantee removal of all soils, spots and stains from your carpet after one cleaning, however we do offer a soil/stain guarantee if we have been maintaining your carpet.
-Open all doors to closets you want clean. If a door a closed, we will not open it.
Moving Furniture
-Please do not move your furniture out from the wall as we will need to vacuum and pre-spray the traffic lanes.
-Carpet beneath stationary furniture is usually clean with the exception of vacuuming. If you would like medium to large furniture moved (up to 50lbs) we do use clear plastic furniture tabs to protect your furniture and carpet. We do not move heavy furniture (75 lbs+), this would include but not be limited to full dressers, china cabinets, hutches, large beds and sofas. If you elect to move your furniture, please do so prior to our arrival. Please keep in mind we can't move furniture back and forth as we will have to pre-spray the carpet. Though we take every precaution to safely move your furniture, we are not responsible for damages that might result from moving furniture, whether to your furniture or your home or facility. We also do not move furniture that is used to hold or house electronics such as televisions, radios, computers, telephones, lamps, etc. Please have electronics moved from these types of furniture prior to our arrival if you would like them moved. Additional fee may be applied for moving furniture
Upholstery Cleaning
--Upholstery cleaning requires a small solution (blue) hose and a bigger vacuum suction hose, that travels from our van to your upholstery. Please be mindful that the small blue solution hose has 250 Degree water running through it during the cleaning and can burn anyone who moves it.
-Prep your furniture before we arrive by making sure remove all non-matching pillows/items that are not included in the cleaning.
-Additional charge may be added for abundant dry soil | Under cushion toys, pet dander, peanuts ext.
Slip & Trip Hazards
You agree to hold Healthy Carpets harmless of any slips, trips or falls during and after the time of service. Please be careful not to slip when walking from recently cleaned carpet or rugs to a hard surface floor. We are not responsible for injuries that might result from any slip or fall hazards. You understand we will have several hoses, both large and small, running throughout your home or facility including outdoors during the cleaning appointment. We are not responsible for injuries that might result from our hoses, equipment or misplaced furniture being in walkways or foyers.
Illness
You promise to notify Healthy Carpets if any household member has had any cold/flu like symptoms within the past 7 days prior to your appointment date and time.
Payment
Payment is due the same day after service(s) are completed and you are 100% happy with our work. We accept Checks, Cash (5% discount), Credit/Debit Card (3%fee).
