Marshall did an excellent job and it looks great. Yesterday I spilled a full mug of hot cocoa on the carpet and after 2 hours of cleaning there was still a huge stain. Although they didn't have any openings the next day when I called, they fit me in. I was so grateful - the stain is completely gone!

I have never had my carpets cleaned so good. Everything was done so professionally. The carpets look beautiful and the guy who cleaned the carpets communicated clearly what he needed. They are very polite people and love to do what they do. Jason is very knowledgeable and respectful. They moved just about every piece of furniture in our home that was on the carpets. They also cleaned some upholstery for us. A sectional couch and two recliner chairs. There was an odor in one of the chairs and that order has now been removed due to the steam cleaning from Healthy Carpets. All around a great company.

I've been using this company for several years. Marshall is very professional and is really committed to doing an excellent job. This is the first time he cleaned my newly upholstered chair. I was a bit hesitant because it cost me a fortune but it was really dingy from kids, spills and frequent use. We talked it over and Marshall really was good on consulting the results to expect for that type of fabric. After cleaning it looks better than brand new, I can't believe it is the same chair. Highly recommend this business and they have nice deals on subsequent cleanings.

Professional, careful, high quality work. Marshall clearly is committed to a job thoroughly done. Helpful reminders of appointment time. Our bathroom, with its extensive, small hexagonal tiles, is transformed — the surfaces are now bright and clean after months of accumulated residue. Large area rugs are clean and they smell fresh, not like chemicals. Definitely will use these services again.

Excellent communication from Healthy Carpets regarding arrival time and how to prepare for the carpet cleaning.Not knowing what was imbedded in the carpet from previous owners of the condo I was concerned that cleaning the carpet would not remove the traffic stains.After cleaning the carpeting looks like almost new; not bad considering the carpet is probably from when the condo was built in the'70s.Thank you Marshall for an awesome job. Stunned and pleasantly surprised best describe my experience with Healthy Carpets. I had been using a big name carpet cleaner for many years, but decided to give Healthy Carpets a try as my last experience with "big name" wasn't very good. Marshall was great, did a super job, and all at a very competitive price. I thought my carpet wasn't too dirty, but I was stunned by how much dirt was removed, and how much better the carpet looked. There was a distinctly different, and more comprehensive cleaning process followed, and better quality equipment used as well. Drying took half the amount of time it normally does. I highly recommend Healthy Carpets, and will be using them on a regular basis in the future.

I've been using Marshall for years to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting in our home. He always does a phenomenal job. I recently hired him to help clean the carpeting, area rugs and upholstery at my in-laws' house. We needed to get the house ready to sell and were looking to get it show-ready. My in-laws had four cats when they lived in the house, and the smell was quite overwhelming. On the day of the cleaning, Marshall was as timely and professional as always. Additionally, he made some GREAT suggestions for how to get rid of stains, odors, and improve the look of both the tile in the entryway and the shower by cleaning and painting the grout. An excellent job as always, and such a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Marshall! I'll see you again in a few months when our house needs a refresh.

We had a wonderful first experience with Healthy Carpets!! We just purchased a home that needed it's carpets cleaned and selected them based on their great reviews. It was really easy to request an appointment online that had a built in quote. They confirmed it the very next day and called and walked me through how it would work. On the day of the appointment they were prompt. On arrival they called me to go over what they initially saw and inspected our air ducts as well. Our technician was very thorough in his inspection of the ducts and carpet, which I really appreciated. The carpet came out beautifully. All spots were gone and it looked basically brand new!! As you can see from all his other reviews, Marshall from Healthy Carpets is a gift from above. My wife and I moved into a home with a horrible dog and cigarette odor in the carpets as well as some horrible staining in one particular area. Marshall went above and beyond for us. He was able to remove some serious stains in our carpet, but more importantly the smell has gotten so much better. Marshall came back two additional times to rinse our carpet free of charge. I honestly can't recommend him and Healthy Carpets enough, we will definitely use him again in the future.

Marshall and Healthy Carpets were a wonderful carpet cleaning experience!Pros:- very responsive and clear communication. Questions were answered quickly via texts and the automated updates were great reminders- excellent work cleaning a life- and new-puppy-stained white/beige carpet. We had a previous carpet cleaner who wasn’t nearly as effective as Healthy Carpets. It looks brand new — three flights of carpeted stairs included.- the estimate and price were spot on. No surprises there.Cons:- literally none. The only con would be your poor decision to hire a _different_ carpet cleaner for your home or business.

We had unexpected water in our finished basement and Healthy Carpets was able to come out the same day that I called. They told me what I needed to do to prep the area and reduce the overall cost to me, like renting a dehumidifier and fan from Home Depot rather than renting through them. They did a thorough evaluation of the whole basement to figure out root cause. Water removal was quick and within a day the carpet and padding were completely dry. Great service.

Marshall did an amazing job! We adopted a dog 6 months ago who was not house broken, and you can imagine the messes that were made. Marshall did a great job with my carpet cleaning! What I loved about him was that his communication was awesome. He was able to do my carpet cleaning that week. Also we were not able to be home at the time of his cleaning so it was nice that I could give him a code to the garage and he could complete the job without us being there. The carpets smelled great, not a strong or chemical scent. He uses good products which is a plus. I loved his work so much that I also did or air ducts and dryer vent as well with him. That job was an A+ also!

I had Health Carpets steam clean my sofa and ottoman. He did a great job. He was punctual and respectful. I did not have to ask him to remove his shoes, as he brought shoe covers. He was easy to coordinate with, because he sent text message reminders of the appointment and notice of when he would arrive. His price for the work was very reasonable. I will use him again for future cleaning needs.

Marshall arrived at the expected time and expertly and efficiently cleaned the upstairs wall to wall carpets. The product used had a wonderful citrus scent. The job (4 bedrooms and a landing) was started at about 3:30 PM, complete by 5:00 PM and the carpets were dry by the following AM.I am truly happy that I made the decision to have someone else do this job. My advice to anyone considering cleaning your own carpets is "Don't even think about it." The equipment for doing your own cleaning is very heavy and it takes a lot of muscle and repeat changes of the dirty water to clean your own carpets. This guy has a far more powerful vacuum system in his truck with a hose that is carried into your house to do a job that no homeowner can match.

My cats have not always been kind to my carpets. When Marshall with Healthy Carpets arrived for cleaning I showed him my problem areas. I am also sensitive to a lot of cleaners and opted for just a steam cleaning. I was amazed at the amount of dirt (and, unfortunately urine, even though I use enzymes) that was extracted from the carpet. Marshall arrived on time (always a plus), was able to move the furniture that I couldn't move, and left within an hour. The carpets looked fantastic and my cats stopped showing interest in the problem areas. I have had the carpets cleaned by other companies and this was the best cleaning experience I have ever had.

Healthy Carpets did a great job! I have a cat and a dog that have left my carpets looking terrible over time. I have my own carpet shampoo steamer machine and have used it many many times on my carpet and there were still so many stains that I just couldn't get out. Marshall, with Healthy Carpets was very communicative with me after I scheduled my cleaning and then actually showed up on time. That is a big deal for me because I feel like any time I make an appointment for someone to come to my house they are never even close to on time. The cleaning job was excellent. They were able to remove stains that I never thought would come out and my carpet now looks great! Their pricing was better than the competition as well. I would definitely recommend Healthy Carpets to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

I called up on Saturday evening asking if they could help with some minor flooding damage and they arrived promptly the next day at the time they promised. They couldn't have been friendlier or more competent in navigating my somewhat tricky apartment situation. All told, it took them around half an hour to completely take care of my carpet and padding issues. They were very knowledgeable and happily answered every question I had. Marshall was incredibly professional and very helpful. The online process was easy and seamless. Marshall showed up on time and explained things well--his attention to detail was great, and he gave me some suggestions on stain removal products (including a free sample to try). I will absolutely use them from now on. The product they use has a nice citrus scent, and it dried exactly in the time he said it would. He was in and out in the time frame he estimated.
