My area rugs came out looking so good. Marshall came to pick them up about 2 weeks ago and just dropped them off. I was a little skeptical because they were both hand made wool and very delicate. My husband and I were moving into a new home in Ann Arbor and we needed a hand made wool rug cleaned and delivered to our new home. I am just blown away on the results. We have 3 cats and two dogs that like to pee in one course of the living room and Healthy Carpets was able to remove the odor as if no animals were here. This is our second time hiring Healthy Carpets. The first time we had them clean our living room carpets a month later we scheduled to have our bedrooms clean. We own a Golden retriever dog and I was a little hesitant on how well the pet dander would be removed. So professional. The communication with Healthy Carpets was spot on. They texted me the day before and when they were on there way to our home. Very detailed and they took there time. Thats important to me because we hired a different carpet cleaning service in Ann Arbor and they did 4 rooms in about 1 hour. Healthy Carpets was here for at least 2 hours. They dry vacuumed and treated all the spots and stains before they even started cleaning. Very ☺

Healthy Carpets was great, They removed our urine stains from our dogs and made our carpets smell great. There is not a trace of urine in our home now. I was actually thinking about replacing the carpets before having them cleaned but now I think I can get a few more years out of them. This was probably the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. I have white carpet that definitely needed help. It looks great now. I also had an additional process done that cleaned the dark edges between the carpet and the baseboards. It looks sooo much better. It requires an extra fee but it’s so worth it! Marshall met all of my expectations and deserves this excellent rating for a job very well done!!!

Marshall arrived this morning around 8:00 a.m. to clean my dryer vent. I have been having an issue with my dryer not drying my clothes thoroughly and I would have to run a second cycle. When Marshall completed the dryer vent cleaning my dryer dried my clothes within 30 minutes. I am very impressed with Marshalls business ethics and compassion for his work. A+ from me.

We are happy with the results. Super easy to make an appointment on their website. Seriously I just went and filled out a form and they were in within 2 days. The price was right on and the quality couldn't be better. All the stains and odors are gone. Here's the kicker, I wanted to wait 10 days to leave a review just in case the stains and smells returned but they didn't. The carpets look just the same as the day they left.

It's really refreshing to have a seamless service interaction. Just had my carpets/upholstery/area rugs cleaned and am extremely happy with the service I received. No complaints whatsoever. Marshall (the owner) is very professional and hardworking, gives up front pricing over the phone and verified the total before performing the service when he arrived. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me stuff he didn't think I needed (and gave me pointers on getting my tile clean in one problem area where it wouldn't have been worth paying the minimum for him to do the tile cleaning). I really appreciate the communication ahead of time (text reminder, alert when he was an hour away, and on time arrival with a 1 hour arrival window...a rarity among businesses). The carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning was really thorough and even cleaned a couple of smaller area rugs for free. I would highly recommend this business and would use him again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and let me tell you, I really didn't have any hope for my carpets. As a last resort we went ahead and called Healthy Carpets. They provided us with an estimate and we went ahead with the carpet cleaning. The two gentlemen arrived on time and were ready to go.
