My area rugs came out looking so good. Marshall came to pick them up about 2 weeks ago and just dropped them off. I was a little skeptical because they were both hand made wool and very delicate. Marshall reassured me that the rugs would clean up nice and the area rug cleaning process will not harm the rugs in any way. They came back looking fantastic, all the stains are gone. My husband and I were moving into a new home in Ann Arbor and we needed a hand made wool rug cleaned and delivered to our new home. Marshall with Healthy Carpets came to pick up the rug and about 10 days later he delivered it back to the new address and let me tell you what, the rug looked brand new. Couldn't be happier. :-)

We just bought our new home here in Ann Arbor and our inspector told us that we needed to have our dryer vent cleaned out. We called Healthy Carpets for the job. Healthy Carpets works very hard. We have had an issue with our cats peeing on our carpets for a few months now and my husband wanted to replace the carpets. I am just blown away on the results. We have 3 cats and two dogs that like to pee in one course of the living room and Healthy Carpets was able to remove the odor as if no animals were here. They used this foam enzyme stuff that soaks down into the padding and the underfloor. After about 2 days the urine odor is GONE. I cant rave enough about these guys, thank you so much.

Healthy Carpets was so helpful. We had them clean our entire house wall to wall carpets, 2 king size mattresses, a leather couch, 2 fabric couches and a wool area rug. I've been using this company for several years. Marshall is very professional and is really committed to doing an excellent job. This is the first time he cleaned my newly upholstered chair. I was a bit hesitant because it cost me a fortune but it was really dingy from kids, spills and frequent use. We talked it over and Marshall really was good on consulting the results to expect for that type of fabric. After cleaning it looks better than brand new, I can't believe it is the same chair. This is our second time hiring Healthy Carpets. The first time we had them clean our living room carpets a month later we scheduled to have our bedrooms clean. We own a Golden retriever dog and I was a little hesitant on how well the pet dander would be removed. Healthy carpets doesn't just vacuum the carpets they agitate the carpets with a special machine that pulls out all the pet dander. This step alone is worth using Healthy Carpets.

This was probably the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. I have white carpet that definitely needed help. It looks great now. I also had an additional process done that cleaned the dark edges between the carpet and the baseboards. It looks sooo much better. It requires an extra fee but it’s so worth it! It's really refreshing to have a seamless service interaction. Just had my carpets/upholstery/area rugs cleaned and am extremely happy with the service I received. No complaints whatsoever. Marshall (the owner) is very professional and hardworking, gives up front pricing over the phone and verified the total before performing the service when he arrived. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me stuff he didn't think I needed (and gave me pointers on getting my tile clean in one problem area where it wouldn't have been worth paying the minimum for him to do the tile cleaning). I really appreciate the communication ahead of time (text reminder, alert when he was an hour away, and on time arrival with a 1 hour arrival window...a rarity among businesses). The carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning was really thorough and even cleaned a couple of smaller area rugs for free. I would highly recommend this business and would use him again next time I need my carpets cleaned.
