Post Cleaning Instructions
Carpet Cleaning
Foot Traffic: Stick to the same footsteps until carpets are fully dry (8-12 hours).
Air Circulation: Maximize air flow to speed up drying:
- 30% faster drying with air circulation.
- 50% faster drying with air circulation + dehumidifier.
Soil & Water Use: Heavier soil = more water/steam required = longer dry time.
Furniture: Don’t move furniture back until carpets are fully dry—wood or metal legs may stain the carpet.
Wicking Stains: If stains reappear due to slow drying:
- Mix ½ cup citric acid with 2 pints of water in a spray bottle.
- Spray the stain, agitate gently with a soft horsehair brush.
- Use a fan to increase air circulation.
Request Booties: Ask for foot protection (booties) if needed before we leave.

Upholstery Cleaning
Allow Proper Drying Time:
- Let the upholstery fully dry before using it. This usually takes between 4 to 8 hrs., depending on the fabric and soil level.
- Increase air circulation by using fans or opening windows to speed up drying. Portable dehumidifier will be beneficial.
Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat:
- Keep the furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources like radiators, as they can cause fading and shrinkage of fabric.
Minimize Traffic:
- Refrain from sitting or placing items on the furniture until it’s completely dry to avoid indentations or mold growth.
Fluff and Groom:
- Once dry, lightly brush or fluff the upholstery to restore the fabric’s natural texture and appearance.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Allow Drying Time:
- Avoid walking on the tile until it’s completely dry, which typically takes 2 to 4 hours.
- Use fans or open windows to speed up drying.
Auto Detailing
Allow Drying Time:
- It is very important to crack all four window and let the vehicle air out for optimal drying time. All fabrics should be dry within 5 hrs.
